These are some embroidery pictures from the summer. I have been embroidering and sewing alot on my project list. I have been sewing curtains for several rooms. Rooms that I bought curtain fabric for when we first moved in our house (6 years ago!). I have also been working on a lot of projects for Little Bit's birthday that I will share next week!

Beach Towels...I think I have monogrammed a few dozen beach towels since the beginning of summer! They are great for gifts, and they last forever! I still have mine that was a highschool graduation gift!

My poor girls are usually the last ones to get things monogrammed, but I did monogram their bathing suits and really liked it! It makes these Target bathing suits look extra cute!

Are all of my pictures driving you crazy yet? Just a couple more days!:) We are still getting ready for Little Bit's big party day on Saturday!

Personalized Beach Towels are EXTRA Special!

I have almost used my entire inventory of beach towels! All I have left is a couple blue, teal, and white striped towels. They are the adult size and super soft. These would be perfect for a boy...or a little, spunky girl like my LaLa. Thanks to Jessica on facebook...my embroidery machine is not making sad noises any longer. Wow, facebook is so useful!:) I can put off service...a tad longer!

They are $15 with a name. If you would like to add an image with the name (i.e. dirt bike, butterfly, princess crown, dragon fly, sports, flower, hearts, etc.), they are $20. I get bored easily...so I thought I would move on through these beach towels and move on to another project! Let me know if you need pictures! Oh, I THINK I have  paypal now...thanks to Brittan's help...I haven't tried it out yet!

"Me & My Peeps"

A friend of mine came up with this idea for a shirt for her little man. She's crafty and creative like that. She is probably the one who buys the most embroidery from me. Yeah, she supports this crazy hobby of mine regularly! I had seen "my peeps" on etsy, but I loved this idea the best!

I even had to go buy some little peeps because I was SOOO inspired...umm.. to eat little marshmallowy bunny rabbits...yum!

More Thanksgiving shirts...

Isn't she a cutie?! This is LaLa's turkey shirt! After my last order this afternoon, I'm out of the little babydoll tops! I want to make her some cute pants to go with it. I have a "pattern" that a friend sent me. I've never tried a "pattern" to sew with...so we'll have to see how it goes...on a day when I have A LOT of patience!

This face just cracks me up?! You may ask yourself...how did she ever get LaLa to 'model' this shirt and others in the past. Oh, trust me, it always costs me to "hire" my little model! This time? It only cost me three candy corns! That was her requested payment!

Michelle's shirts for her two girls. Don't you just LOVE the khaki?! I only have these in 4T now. I was able to find one 18 month that I have hidden for Little Bit! The brown is only in size 6+. I would have loved to find brown for my girls!

Do you notice that no two shirts are ever the same? I think they change as my moods change?! The sibling shirts have the same fabric...just switched around!

Pillowcase Dresses for Two Cuties!

I haven't posted any monogram madness from my world lately, but I have been hard at work with monogram orders. I'm almost caught up so now I can do some more fun holiday stuff!:) A friend of mine had these wonderful ideas of what she wanted for some dresses...so we began to think and plan!:) I warned her that I am not the best at sewing, but I can get the job done...just don't look too close to the stitches! She drew her pictures and ideas, sent fabric and ribbon, and I finished her dresses. Her ideas were too cute. I don't have the talent to create ideas like that from scratch so it was fun working from her creations!

She has two twin cuties so these dresses will be "TWO" cute on them! I know I'm a dork!:)

Be creative...keep your ideas open and start buying gifts now for Christmas! They have cute, soft fleece throws at Wal-mart now for only 4 dollars! How cute and personal would it be with a name or a monogram? Most embroidery is just five dollars...

Baby Gifts and more baby gifts! If anyone asks me to do baby girl gifts, I am going to be so excited. This is only half of the boy stuff lately! No, seriously, I rarely get to play with boy stuff and use blue thread so I've had fun! I might even have to restock up on my boy color thread and bibs!

Monogrammed Bows-Yeah, I finally figured this out! I've been wanting to try it...so finally I did it! Pick your color...I did a lot for halloween because it would match a little of everything! You know how the "big" girls wear them for cheerleading and stuff...just tied on ponytails? How cute would their initials be on them?! I'm on the lookout for the wide, grossgrain ribbon on sale...so let me know if you see it out anywhere!

Our "C" cantelope boats for C day in preschool tomorrow! C for cantelope & B for boats! So easy to make! Saw this at www.familyfun.com & at Melissa Hester's blog. It's candy sticks and cardstock. Think of all the "sailing into...." themes you could use it for!

Cute little onesie. I ordered Little Bit one of these last year off of http://www.etsy.com/. I copied it from that one! I really enjoyed it because it lasted through Halloween and Thanksgiving. I have done a couple with a different style pumpkin. I'll post some of those pictures sometime soon too. Pair it with some jeans with matching ruffled material on the bottom and cute bows...and you have a boutique style outfit that will have everyone complimenting!

Baby Ava is planning on wearing this to support her big brother in his Tball games. Go Lookouts! The backside said GO! in team colors. It has matching bows on the shoulders and for her hair!

Let me know if you need prices. It is usually according to how personalized you want it...colors, words, size, time it takes, etc. BUT, for most things, consider how much the item costs and add five dollars for the embroidery...a couple dollars more for added stuff (ribbons, bows, etc). Does that make sense?

For those with embroidery machines, feel free to steal ideas! I just discovered this awesome stabilizer that is black! Great for black shirts or blankets, etc. Who knew this stuff to support my embroidery habit was going to be so expensive! Scrapbooking and Embroidery is making me completely broke...well, that and my two little munchkins!

Lots of Projects going on...I'm still working on some more fall outfits, but there hasn't been much time to do my "fun" ideas with all the "have to" ones! My favorite right now is the spider one...which a complete labor of love because it is so much more detailed than I thought it was going to be. Little Bit points at it and says, "eww" or "piter"...so she and LaLa are definitely going to get these shirts! When I get them finished, I'll post them too! I'm taking a break from monogramming for the long weekend! My machines....and my family...will thank me!

Project: Cute Halloween Shirt

Hi, Friends, here's some more of my monogram madness...

Just wanted to post a shirt that I worked on last night. It has an applique with the three letters spelling out the word "BOO". These are appliqued using an embroidery machine so they won't peel like most appliques...they are actually appliqued to the shirt by the machine! The fabric for the applique is orange and black spiders with silly eyes...LaLa said, "these spiders are looking at me with their crazy eyes." Then, she proceeded to make similar crazy eyes. Silly girl! I tried it on her, and she said she needed a matching bow. She's definitely been trained right, huh?! Black shirts are hard to find so I was so excited to find long sleeve ones! I have white long sleeve shirts too!

I have several different Halloween fabrics...so if you have an idea, let me know!

Tell me the size and color you would like, and I'll search to see if I can find it! I'll have to check the availability of the sizes and colors! As long as I can continue to get such a great deal on these shirts, I can offer them at a low price to you! The long sleeve applique shirt is 15.00. I might can do short sleeve too if you'd prefer...just check with me. Add a monogram or name for free! I don't mind shipping/mailing, if you don't mind paying for it!:)

Another option is if you just want the applique, and YOU want to sew them on or iron them on with "stitch witch"(won't stand up as well as being embroidered on...the more you wash), but it will serve the purpose for some cute pictures and compliments for a few wears. I'll make you the applique "BOO" for 8 dollars.

As I get time, I will be adding lots of accessories as possibilities! I'm experimenting with embroidered bows, bows to match the appliqued shirt, etc. I'm also working on apple shirts for my girls for the apple orchard, a pumpkin shirt, some college football stuff, etc.... so I'll keep you posted on my projects!

If you are want to try to embroider it with your machine, I'll be glad to give you advice or directions on how to...

Now, I'm off to try to clean my house, wash my dogs, do laundry...I'd rather be playing with my projects!
